If you want to peak behind the curtain of how companies get to number one in search engines, step right this way… our Digital Profile team are experts in boosting a brand’s digital presence. What’s more, we’re recruiting for an Outreach/Digital PR Associate to ideate, develop and execute link-building campaigns for clients across a variety of industries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Using your creative genius to come up with campaigns that will result in backlinks for clients.
- Outreaching campaigns to your sparkly list of contacts.
- Working with copywriters to produce content for your well-earned leads.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, trackers, and documents to keep an eye on your spinning plates.
Key Skills You’ll Need:
- A drive for results, and a proactive attitude. You’ll need to be a self-motivated, self-starting superstar.
- A team player who can communicate with colleagues effectively (and handle a social or two)
- A good understanding of language as it relates to copy. You won’t need to write it from scratch, but you’ll need an eye for editing.
- A natural organiser. You’ll be able to work independently, manage your workload and prioritise tasks
- Experience in digital PR is beneficial, but not necessary – if you bring the attitude, we’ll bring the training. If you’re currently working in digital marketing or similar, we’d love to hear from you.

Located in Regency Cheltenham, we work with clients on both a nationwide & global scale to improve their online search visibility and to transform them into market leaders. You’ll be working as part of a busy team, managing a variety of client projects each day. You’ll need to love a challenge, thrive on solving problems, and have fantastic prioritising and time management abilities. We’re looking for somebody that is dedicated to their career, that wants to grow with an ambitious agency.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete understanding of our clients and their product or service
- Building a search strategy and delivering it to the client
- Actioning on-page optimisation and improving website keyword focus
- Daily client performance review, briefing team on tasks to improve client ranking visibility
- Technical SEO – detailed audits, identifying issues and briefing fixes to developers
- Communicating with clients effectively, maintaining the relationship, and ensuring the progression of the project
- Generating content ideas in line with the client content marketing strategy
- Analysing client progress and producing accurate reports of a high quality
Key Skills:
- At least 4 years’ experience in an SEO agency
- Knowledge & understanding of how a brand can improve its rankings
- Advanced experience with keyword discovery and competitor analysis
- Clear ability to comprehensively optimise a clients’ website and understand their objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Wage – £35,000 – £40,000
